Contract Technical Illustrators - NH and MA
We are looking for contract illustrators for on-going 1099 contract work to support our technical documentation projects.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- 5 or more years of technical illustrating experience
- Experience drawing isometric, 2D, and 3D illustrations as well as assembly process "exploded" views
- Ability to draw from a variety of source material (engineering renderings from Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks, etc. as well as photos)
- Ability to use grey-scale and color to convey depth in illustrations
- Proficient in one or more of the following applications: Adobe Illustrator, Visio, QuarkXpress, InDesign
- Self starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
If we interview you, please have samples ready. If you are hired, we require a background check (and a drug test if you are to work at a client site). You will also be required to carry General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. If you do not have the General Liability and Workers Comp, we can work with you on this.
